WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
The conference content and energy is for youth and adults, for Hip Hop heads, educators, scholars, artists, and fans. On Friday, expect to rock out to live performances from youth and adult Hip Hop dancers, emcees, and poets. Saturday's day-long event features performances, workshops, and a keynote panel to celebrate all the beauty and power of Hip Hop -- the culture and the arts. Youth and adult presenters will share and engage participants through live performances, interactive workshops, and discussion sessions where folks can talk about and make action steps on some of the big issues in Hip Hop and education. Oh! And of course, be ready for open mic sessions and cyphers!
